Very poor after sales service Shocking
Terrible after sales support. We paid for our forklift in full, and not 6 months old 2 call outs and twice we have to pay $300 upfront as we are not an account client. We are penalized because we paid in full for our unit. Surely we deserve better service.
The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.
If you want to buy or rent a reliable and well built forklift, then this is the place you need to get in contact with.
