I work for Genis Steel and the service and communication from both Kc and Theo is great . we have a plan tat in case if a breakdown I send both the mechanics either photos or video so the can see the problem and bring the part needed. Making there job quicker and no need for a site visit just to see the part. win win for both parties. keep up the great work Theo and Kc top job boys Jimmy
We always receive great service from Adaptalift, recently we had one of our Hyster forks breakdown on the weekend at the Royal Adelaide Show, Theo came out to assess and repair very promptly. Always happy with his work!
