USELESS
Stay away!! Complete scammers, took a $1000 before even attending a service job claiming it would make the job priority... tech was out 30 mins, no invoice, no refund no quote after weeks.... how these imbeciles are still in business I have no idea...
Unfortunately I had to change from 5 star to 3 star. The initial interaction with Adaptalift was good but it's been downhill since then. It takes weeks to receive a simple quote for work, parts ordered take months to arrive without any updates. We have to constantly chase to know what is happening. Overall, disappointed with the customer service, although the technicians have been competent (so far).
Maintenance team was very good. From initial call to technician visiting our warehouse was 72 hours. The technician Kyle was very knowledgeable and quick in his diagnosis. We will use Adaptalift again.
