Maintenance team was very good. From initial call to technician visiting our warehouse was 72 hours. The technician Kyle was very knowledgeable and quick in his diagnosis. We will use Adaptalift again.
Really rude. Driver blasted horn when driving through school zone
Worst service ever received. Equipment under warranty, malfunctioning right after purchase, still waiting for solution 4 months after claiming the problem
Same problem as Shahadat Ruby. Bought a brand new machine in January and a holding pin for the wheel keeps falling out and the wheel falls off. They won't return my calls or emails. POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE
