total scam avoid at all cost, called up and video called the head technician, he said you need a replacement gas strut. transferred the call to admin to rebook that took $1000 deposit before anyone could come to site, they sent the technician without any parts, then he went back to bring the part the following week. took less than 10 mins to replace and now been hit with $967.23 charge. look at the break down of costs that was never advised. I wrote back on the email and no response
