I have used Adapt Stretch for a number of years and they do a superb job at helping me improve my body. Jeff is amazing! His skill and working as a professional trainer for top flight athletes has been a great benefit. He is able to get my muscles working properly, relieve pain and make little tweaks that improve my range of motion. Jeff is the guy to see if you really want to get to the next level in muscle work and range of motion.
It was a different experience. Targeted deep tissue massage on the area of contraction and a wider area around it. Not a fluff massage, not a fun massage, more like a therapeutic massage with specific goals and limited to the areas of concern.

Rob is somehow able to be precisely aware of the stretch techniques and intensity required with each visit. He really listens and adapts the routine to what is needed.
