Kelsie was as always well prepared, personally attentive, adapted to where I was after vacation, and encouraging
Adapt has been the best gym I've ever signed up for. The workouts are interesting, strenuous and beneficial. I really enjoy the personalization of everything we do and Kelsi is a great coach. She's engaged and knows when to push you to finish that final rep. I'd recommend Adapt to anyone who wants to explore what they're capable of.
Not your typical gym or small gym. They offer: Customized workouts, through evaluation of your individual needs, Hyrox affiliated, multiple programs to choose from (nutrition and workout) and always very welcoming and friendly. Adapt trains athletes - such as my high schooler. They are gaining more confidence (in life and sports) and realizing they have more potential in other areas of their sport!
