5 stars aren 't enough. Before meeting with Dr. Dmitriy, my range of motion, pain , and swelling in my feet were unbearable. Being a welder and avid outdoorsman, I spend the better part of my days on my feet. After meeting virtually for our first session, I began noticing differences immediately. I dislocated my shoulder in July 2024. I was in a sling for about a month and started physical therapy soon after. My physical therapy consisted mostly of mobility and some banded strengthening exercises. After about a handful of sessions, I still did not have full mobility in my shoulder. My orthopedic doctor and PT both told me I might never get back to what I used to have with my shoulder. Visited this place during my recent stay in Orange - had Dr. Dmitriy take a look at my nagging shoulder injuries. He did an awesome job assessing me and giving me the correct protocol to fix my issues - a real long term solution instead of a one time fix. We continue to work online together now and it's awesome! Now I'm able to get back to jiu jitsu without pain!
