I dislocated my shoulder in July 2024. I was in a sling for about a month and started physical therapy soon after. My physical therapy consisted mostly of mobility and some banded strengthening exercises. After about a handful of sessions, I still did not have full mobility in my shoulder. My orthopedic doctor and PT both told me I might never get back to what I used to have with my shoulder. Visited this place during my recent stay in Orange - had Dr. Dmitriy take a look at my nagging shoulder injuries. He did an awesome job assessing me and giving me the correct protocol to fix my issues - a real long term solution instead of a one time fix. We continue to work online together now and it's awesome! Now I'm able to get back to jiu jitsu without pain!
I would give a million stars if I had the opportunity to. Highly recommend Dr. Dmitriy for in person and virtual sessions. He is so incredible knowledgeable & provides so much education. His exercises and treatments really help significantly to live a more pain free life. I deal with chronic pain in my neck. If you are struggling and feeling hopeless- he is your remedy!!! Life before my treatment was full of limitations due to the chronic knee pain I was struggling with as a result of my osteoarthritis. Before the treatment, I used medication and ice packs along with stretching to try to alleviate some of the pain but it was always temporary.
