If you want you're time wasted this is the place to go, rude, unprofessional. Drove an hour to get my son fitted for a chair and when we got there they asked what therapist we were seeing I told them Beth, then I was told "oh she works at another location" so I asked them to call the other office to them know I'm on my way. They gave me an address on a sticky note that took me to a retirement home, so I called Beth when she answered I told her the address and she gave another address which was an additional 17 minutes away. ... read more

I'm trying to contact Adapt Health that sends tests to the patients home and then comes to pick up the equipment. Unfortunately they have no customer service department with a human. The humans that harass the patient daily trying to get him to agree to do the same test again and again and again may as well be robots because they can't hear that the test has been done already. Where's the results? Did you lose the test? Are you just trying to pad your income dinging my insurance with duplicate tests?

Fred was so helpful in helping me find the right piece of equipment for my patient! The adapt shop has so many adaptive pieces to help kiddos complete their meaningful activities with as much as independence and success as possible!
