I have learned a lot from this program. I received service for mental health and drug/alcohol abuse and from that I learned I'm not a bad person I just made bad choices. I also learned that drugs and alcohol is not a way to get away from my problems. I learned that there other ways to cope and get things off my chest rather than drugs and alcohol. Since receiving services with the adapt program I'm coping well. I've learned my strengths and weaknesses and it has been a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this program! Th... read more
