Hands down my favorite gym! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Adapt is my favourite gym to work out at :)
Great gym with good equipment and a nice atmosphere. The only downside is the rear door fob scanner—it rarely works properly, and even when it does, you can end up standing there for five minutes trying to get it to let you in. It would be great to see this fixed.
