Zach is an amazing physio therapist.
ADAPT Performance Training has been such an important part of my getting back to good health journey. From the personal training, athletic therapy and chiro (from their partners at Renew Health), it all ties together to make your health a priority. My sons both train for hockey at ADAPT and my daughter is now a regular for athletic training for basketball and soccer. Everyone is welcome at ADAPT!
