They never pick up their phones, and the counselors just want to push you out the door, not actually help
I was required to attend a DUI class by the court. The class was well ran. Tina was very compassionate and made the group very positive. Unfortunately they are held to certain guidelines that hold them back from personal care. On the other side of that the counselors do their best to accommodate individual needs.
Curry county is Dishonestly ran. The management don’t care about people, only money. Therapists in mental health can’t be trusted. SUDS team and CRISIS team are great people with kind hearts. I wouldn’t take a pet there for mental health with who they have working currently. Massive hipaa violations go on. Their HR and compliance is a joke. Very corrupt with how it’s ran.
If you WANT THE HELP, and do as you are asked, yes; doing your part is required too. Things tend to fall into place when respect and patience, are present from both parties. 10 out of 10! Thank You adapt, your gelp is changing MY life for the better!
