Makes patients give a deposit to schedule their appointment when that’s not even company policy! And then will refuse to give back said deposit if no longer requiring their services, after dealing w extreme disrespect and complete lack of customer service. There are way better options in this town that will give you a better price, and way better customer service. Only positive thing about this company is their head office will fix the Willistons office’s problems but that should not have to be the case for a business to run... read more
Poor service at there Williston location. Scheduled an appointment with them on Friday for a 2pm Saturday appointment. Got here 15 to 30 min early but there is no one here and no one is answering the phone....
