After several weeks of waiting and a few incorrect instances of information where I was told they would not deliver to me, they finally course corrected and sent Kate to deliver and setup a new BiPap machine. Kate’s setup, detailed info, and personality made all the difference in me updating this review for the better. The worst cpap supplier in the industry. Unwilling to support their customers. Customer Service rating of ZERO! You need to go back to school to get your MBA reevaluated. Staff incompetent and terrible attitude!
