This gym is honestly amazing, the best vibe, the best trainers, the best group sessions. they give you everything you need and more to be successful and help build confidence
Adapt is a fantastic Gym. I have been here for 18 months and its the longest I've been able to stay committed. They are always changing up the routine sessions, always motivating and always teaching. There's a spot to bring and place the little ones too, so that limits excuses. The Somerville spot is like a 'second home' almost and its a great feeling
I joined Adapt in November after five years at another gym, and I couldn’t be happier. The results I’ve seen—especially during the Re-Shred challenge—have been incredible. The trainers are approachable and always ready to help, and the members are all legends.
