I felt at home right away at Adapt Chiropractic. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming and Dr. Nikolai Simonsen takes a genuine interest in getting you back to health. He was legitimately happy for me when I was showing improvement. I'd recommend Adapt to friends and family if they were dealing with back pain.
I sought out Adapt Chiropractic for their prenatal specialty when I was approximately 5-6 months pregnant with my first baby. I wasn’t experiencing and significant discomfort at the time but I wanted to be proactive! Not only did it help me manage my discomfort well into my third trimester, but it also helped me in labor! I've been seeing Dr. Nikolai for chiropractic care, and I’m really happy with the results so far. My neck and back pain has noticeably lessened, and the migraines I used to get fairly often have started to decrease as well. I always leave his office feeling better, and his approach is both knowledgeable and reassuring. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chiropractor who really listens and delivers effective treatment.
