Kind of hard to Schedule any appointments when you call and no answer, then the voicemail is also full, so there is l no way to leave a message to get a call back. Will try again Monday and will change this review if anything changes
Drug evaluation was scheduled for noon on Thursday October 30th, I didn't receive a phone call so I call them. long story short, we rescheduled for 2:30. 2:30 comes and I still don't get a phone call. Have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks to no avail. $150 down the toilet. Don't give your money to these thieves
It's a great company with an amazing owner. I highly recommend their services. Also very understanding with rescheduling as well.
The lady that runs this business told me 20 different times she was sending my paperwork into the courts to the point I almost went to jail. She's irresponsible and lacks judgement. Waste of space in my opinion no one that I talked to on the phone had any respect for anyone they were rude and disrespectful even tho it was all there fault for not getting the things done that they were paid for. Never ever go here.
