I just tried to get paperwork filed out by Dr Romero as My Mother is a Patient of his and she just had a Knee Replacement Surgery. After making me wait for almost 20 minutes and being called yesterday and was told to just come in and drop off the paperwork, I was told that they can't do it because my mom has to be here and that she needs an appointment for her to get this done. These people are very inconsiderate as my mother can't come and apparently the earliest appointment available is in a few weeks. These people are cra... read more
