I had called on behalf of getting records for a mutual client at the clinic I work at. I was given very unprofessional treatment on the phone. Very short with responses and seemed irritated with my questions. The CSR that I spoke with ended the phone call by saying “I have to go bye”
just called up there about my dog to make an appt. the lady was all around rude has no compassion for anything and is extremely nosy , all she could say was our doctor isn’t here and won’t be for a couple weeks. asked me where i lived then said “i would figure it out there are tons of other vets” but that she didn’t know what to say” it’s not even that i’m upset about them not being able to help or make an appointment it’s the all around attitude and lack of compassion in desperate times.
Dr. Mona is a very professional person, excellent with our 4-legged children, and her prices are extremely reasonable. We recommend her wholeheartedly; she is the best.
Dr. Mona was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to take me as a walk-in, help my dog and schedule a follow-up for a couple days out to check on her progress. She is one of those people who do the job for the love and compassion of animals and not just for the money.
