nice place friendly people
I feel like the YMCA is great! Very reasonable prices for all memberships and great things/options for children to do while you get your work out in. Very nice employees! I totally recommend it!
Great place for family fun, and for my son to play with his friends, the staff is awesome, and trustworthy, I know them personally, I can leave my son to play, and have peace knowing that he is safe, and having fun in a supervised environment. I highly recommend the adamstown Y !
I had my regular work out: 1 hr on the treadmill, then a nice hot shower afterwords..
If you are self-motivated and don't need/want classes, the Adamstown YMCA is a great deal based on membership fees.
