We are now located at 3050 C Street, a 17,000sf state-of-the-art training facility. Adamson's Peak Performance offers personal training, semi-private training and team training along with specialty classes.

I love Smitty Built Gym! They have the best equipment, tons of room and plenty of options to mix up your workout. The sauna in the locker room makes the experience all the better! The best part is their friendly staff and amazing owner Ryan. They will help you with anything and do it with a big ole smile on their faces. Thank you guys for creating such an awesome place to get swole
My favorite gym in Redding. Never crowded, most professional staff, and always clean. If something breaks its fixed right away. Highly recommend if you are looking for a top-level workout environment.
