I called them at 6:30 in the evening they don't close until 10:00 my dog was having seizures and I asked if I could bring her in they told me no go to Canton or Akron, I definitely would not recommend this place if you have a dying pet..
Made an appointment for a THREE year rabies vaccine, when I went to pay my $150+ bill I saw there was only a one year administered. I questioned this and was told that they didn’t have any record of a previous vaccine. Meanwhile, no one said a word about it until I asked. I then asked for them to check the records (which I had faxed from previous vet) and she very quickly found that she received a 3 year, um.. yes THREE years ago! Called Friday for a prescription refill didn't have it said they would have it Saturday didn't have it. Sent me an email to come pick it up there and they still didnt have it. Wouldn't recommend for any services. went to pick it up and told they don't have it. I think they are very incompetent people.
