Great location, 30 minutes to Orlando and 20 minutes to the beaches. Prices from the 360s and up
WHATEVER YOU DO DONT PURCHASE A NEW HOME WITH THEM. So many issues and no one wanting to work and do good quality work. I’ve had a previous DR Horton home and there were not half as many issues as I’ve been having with this home and i just bought my house 3/23/23 moved in 4/3/23. Really disappointing to spend so much money on a brand new build and have so many issues to start.
