I absolutely do NOT recommend this appraiser. In my experience, his recent report contained multiple factual inaccuracies and omissions that significantly impacted the valuation outcome. Critical information—such as the correct water source—was misrepresented despite clear documentation to the contrary. Even more concerning, there was an unexplained and substantial drop in land value compared to a prior appraisal he completed on the same property, with no reference to changing market conditions or rationale for the shift.
