I called a technician to diagnose my dryer and refrigerator, which needed repair of the ice maker in the refrigerator and no heat in the dryer. The technician called ahead and asked if I could see him a little earlier than the agreed time, I agreed and he came. It took him about an hour to diagnose, after which he showed me what the problems were with my appliances. We agreed on a price, he went to the parts store, came back in 40 minutes and replaced the heating element on the Whirlpool dryer, and also replaced the old one ... read more
