We can’t thank Mike and Sermed enough for taking care of the bat problem we had in our home. Having a bat come into your bedroom on two different occasions is beyond frightening. I found a bat hanging from ceiling. I was referred to Mike to come get the bat out. He was very informative on the call and came over right away. When get got there not only did he remove the bat without issue but he checked my attic for signs of other bats. Highly recommend Mike!
We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. After struggling with multiple groundhogs under our shed, Mike stepped in and had all four safely removed within 24 hours. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, the communication was excellent and the entire experience was smooth and stress free. Truly exceptional service. We would recommend Mike to anyone dealing with a pest problem.
