I called Adam when one of my students passed away. He was an inspiring young man and we needed a University of Georgia urn within four days. I ordered two nameplates for my parents' urns online. I sent an email to the company about how we should go about having them engraved. Within minutes I received a call from Adam. He said his goal is to provide "service to the max" and I believe he means it. Not expecting a phone call, especially not so quickly left me and Mom impressed! In a few days Mom will receive the engraved nameplates she needs for Dad's urn now and hers in the future. Thanks Adam, and keep up the excellent service!
