I used this company one time before and they were awesome. But the second time they came and did a really bad job. They left things behind , and then damaged some places in the new house. They didn’t set up everything and told my wife they didn’t do that stuff. Then when my wife gave them cash for part of the payment they worker asked if that was a tip. Will never use again. And they won’t call me back anymore.

Lost a lot of boxes… They tell you the range price for the boxes you have over the phone and in moving day they count it differently and the price doubled after that.
The hold you stuff until you pay them double of what they told you. Only accept cash, cashiers check or money order. My move was over $6000… they also only have one employee
We recently moved from The Woodlands, TX to Pagosa Springs, CO and overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Adams Transfer & Storage (Conroe, TX). Our belongings arrived safe and sound, no damage. It was not a perfect move, as they were delayed in getting our shipment to us due to a lack of willing drivers for our move route in the North American Van Lines network. Kudos to Bobby Adams, who personally drove the truck with one of his crew to us to complete the job.
