Driver of burgundy flatbed came in my lane on interstate 85 in Salisbury so I blew the horn to get his attention, he laid on his air horn went back in his lane then swerved 2 feet back in my lane and triton run me off the road. Very unprofessional and dangerous so I called and reported him. Not as much as a call back from their office. I wouldn't trust them to tow my grandkids tricycle.
Was connected with Adam’s through a roadside assistance call to AAA. Brandan was very courteous, kept me posted on his ETA and quickly diagnosed and loaded my vehicle for the tow to the dealership. I also really appreciate his suggestion to call me once he arrived at the car so I could wait inside the mall in the AC until he got there. It was a pleasant, easy and stress-free experience. Thanks Brandan!!
