I am following up on an old review I wrote. I initially gave Adams tireworx 5 stars for mounting and balancing a set of wheels and tires for my mustang, they did a good job as far as not damaging the wheels. But a couple of months later, the wheel weights fell off. This happened while the wheels were in a temperature controlled storage, if it had happened while driving it may have caused damage. The customer service was great ... I was offered a cold drink of my choice while I was waiting, which, honestly, was a welcome surprise 😀. Both Beck and the tire expert explained why they could not complete alignment on my car and identified and showed me the issue. I will surely be back once the issue is fixed.
