Horrible Customer Service. Went in there to try and get a tire patched and he told me it would be $50 to PLUG the tire…… NOT EVEN PATCHING IT!!! The guy then told me I needed to pay $250 for a used tire for them to replace it and I didn’t know if he was joking or serious. When I told them No that I was leaving the guy got Hostile and was a Jerk. Went to Discount Tire and they patched it for Free. This place just made me feel like they were taking advantage of me. Felt like they were scamming me into buying a new tire when they had used tires. After the initial offer of 250$ for new tires because they didn’t have any used one. They went down to 220$. Then they said oh we have used tires. From the moment I heard 250 for a basic 150$ tire. Zero stars!!! This is not a business like tire shop. My daughter, a college student was taken advantage of by them. They put a bad tire on her car and of course doesn't offer warranties. 10 days later, she goes back and they refuse to fix it. They are very rude and inconsiderate. Do not use this company
