Today was the second time within the last year I have bought a tire from Adam's Tire Shop. Both times, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through. From the contact first by phone, to the contacts with staff while at the shop while they were installing the tire, to payment, these guys run a great shop.
The service was top-notch, with a staff member who exemplified exceptional customer service skills, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor, making for a truly outstanding experience that will keep me coming back and eager to recommend it to others.
