Mack went above and beyond with the work he did on my shower. I originally contacted him because I was concerned about some cracks in the grout and a possible leak in the shower curb, and he not only repaired these issues, but he also preemptively identified other problems and fixed those as well. I don’t usually write extended reviews, but I cannot recommend Mack enough. He’s the kind of contractor you want in your home, and we would hire him again in a heartbeat. About six months after moving in to our condo, my partner and I discovered that our shower basin had water bubbling up from under the floor. We did some research and called Mack. Mack did a wonderful job... Mack is the owner/operator of the business. I am selling my home and needed some tile work done quickly, he was very responsive and accommodating. I had several large badly cracked tiles on my kitchen floor. Rather than fill the cracks, he suggested replacing the broken tiles. Bought a condo uptown that had neglected bathroom grout in need a professional repair. Mack brought everything back to new, absolutely amazing work and attention to detail. Genuinely cared I was pleased and took his time to make sure it was done right. Also went out of his way to fix additional things that weren't part of his scope of work. Couldn't be more please, would definitely recommend if you want it done right. He's also just a totally cool and friendly guy.
