The building at 457 Adams St. used to be a good place for the elderly 20 years ago or until this new management took over a few years back. They continuously lie when they say maintenance work will be done but they never show up on the dates promised. The office staff sent a letter stating they will come to do inspection on a certain day or time but then come on another day as if they have the right to enter the resident apt. whenever they feel like it.
