It surprises me that Adams & Sons Roofing does not have more great Google reviews. Raymond was excellent to work with from start to finish. His pricing was fair, the whole process was easy, and he stayed professional the entire time. The estimate and invoices were clear, detailed, and accurate, and receipts were provided right away after each payment. They did an excellent job on our roof replacement and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We have a lot of delicate landscaping around the house and garage, including roses and other flower beds, and the roofing crew was very careful not to damage any of it. After the work was done, we did not find loose nails, shingles, or debris anywhere in the yard. After a strong rain in San Antonio, I noticed a leak in my flat roof and contacted Adams & Sons Roofing. They explained my options clearly, repair or full replacement, and since the roof already had too many layers, I chose a new roof so I would not have to keep paying for patch jobs. Excellent experience with Adams & Sons Roofing from the first phone call. Jared was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable while answering all of our roofing questions in simple terms. They came out the next day, inspected the whole roof, walked the steep slopes without any issue, and took clear photos so we could see the damage for ourselves. Their roofing crew did an excellent job on my garage roof. They fixed some major problem areas, sealed everything up well, and the roof coating has been incredibly durable. Even with ladders, tools, and regular use around the garage, it still looks great and holds up without issues. Rain and strong Texas sun have had no effect at all.
