Posting this review for a family member. Awful experience. (My father in law used Shelly back in the 90’s, up until his passing this year) Shelly, insured everything for his will was all locked up tight and good to go. Nothing required to update it, or to change. It was all set up for his daughter to handle everything. She failed to get proper signatures and the wording in the language was off. We tried to contact her, leaving voicemails, emailed (she replied once and never got back to us) and even talked to her secretary on... read more
