Awesome place to learn about food handling! Great instructor Donnie, who keeps you awake in class. Highly recommended.
I just finished the 8 hour ESMA class, and it was awesome! Izaak was so thorough. He answered every single question along with teaching the full class, and we were still on schedule! He made learning fun which I know can be a hard thing to do when going over that particular subject matter.
Really great training. Izaak was extremely patience and thorough. I learned way more than I thought I would!
In San Ramon, Izaak was a great teacher we not only saw videos but also gained experience through working on the dummies. I liked his real life story about his first day as an EMT.
