Adams rural electric is the worst company ever have the people on my road have electric and i have not had electric for 10 hours now
Nothing but praise for the line crews . Thanks !
I'm not sure if an upgrade to the equipment would be beneficial, but I've never lived in a city/county where the power goes out consistently due to wind blowing. They prioritize the city residents over rural residents. We should be credited a month for every power outage we experience and see how fast equipment, poles, and trees that are causing issues get resolved. We average anywhere from 20-30 outages a year. Unheard of!
