If you have their electric "service" you better hope you have Duke gas and a gas generator. They won't maintain lines and literally every time it rains or wind blows the power goes out. I wish someone would start a class action lawsuit against them and get us some other options.
This company is the main reason we are selling our home. I have gotten bills for over $800 a month because "it's baseboard". This is highway robbery, no family should pay $800 a month not to freeze under any circumstances. Then, I found the guy that inspects things sleeping in his truck out a country road one day.
