Can y'all like... Idk work on the people outside of town as well ever? Like I tried to be nice and I'm a 16 year old. This is absolutely terrible I'm in my house it feels 100 Celsius.
Why would an electric bill EVER be 1000 dollars?! If you have options, please get something else! Anythings better than this
The amount of outages are getting out of hand. There's no accountability or preventative maintenance. We're in a brand new home and the increase in electric bills have been unfathomable. Get it together!
If you have their electric "service" you better hope you have Duke gas and a gas generator. They won't maintain lines and literally every time it rains or wind blows the power goes out. I wish someone would start a class action lawsuit against them and get us some other options.
