I run track and Sam really assisted with my knee pain so I could perform well at all my meets!
Sam is THE most experienced, professional and knowledgeable body therapist that I've ever worked with. I have been working with him for 20 years and hope to work with him for 20 more. I walk out of his studio feeling 3 inches taller and have a better understanding of how I carry myself and where my aches are coming from every time. He has changed the way that I stand, walk, run and work at my desk and I could not recommend him more! Treat yourself!!!
My posture is not only more upright and excellent now, my mood is consistently better after learning the movement philosophies that Sam advocates for. I've been enjoying the practice of these concepts almost every second of the day now 🙏🏼 grateful to have worked with Sam!
I've been working w Sam to stay mobile and aware of imbalances arising from CrossFit training. He takes a outcomes based approach to identify problem areas and sets metrics to ensure progress and accountability. And, he's great to talk to for 90min! A truly interesting and interested practitioner.
