Coercive conduct, forced payment, and poor post-service handling. I had a deeply distressing experience with Adam’s & Rofe during my Sydney–Adelaide interstate move on 20 December. I fully prepaid $4,756.95 for a 25 cubic metre move, including bed/cot disassembly and reassembly, based on an inventory submitted honestly and in good faith.
