An extremely rude employee came into our shop not taking a single no. She had made snarky comments from under her breath. She had a very prissy attitude and a cocky demeanor.
We initially had some difficulties with service but management stepped in and remedied the situation very well! We appreciate the hard work and effort!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. No follow up or follow through. Go anywhere but Adams Remco for you office needs.
Highly recommend -Friendly, courteous, responsive staff who go above expectations! Shout out to the tech guys, Shad and Scot, who work diligently to make sure our equipment is up and running!
