I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the emergency medical services recently provided. The staff demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism and sensitivity during the incident, and their clinical decision-making ability appeared compromised. Furthermore, the company appears to suffer from inadequate staffing levels, which may have impacted the quality and speed of care. My first time in Gettysburg pa I woke up with anxiety called and got the most nicest emt or ems they helped me through my anxiety. Bri and Jesse Thank you guys for being Awsome I hope they get a raise. I love them

Rude, unprofessional and racist. Ignorant EMS staff. Every EMS worker that I’ve dealt with were very rude, ignorant and racist. They all need sensitivity training, lessons in humility and compassion. Nothing but uneducated losers working for this EMS unit.

I was taken by 🚑 to the hospital this morning.I. personally was very disappointed with the dude. Totally unprofessional.Got to hospital and he pushed me into the wall and thought it was funny.
