Under new management and lots of great things going on in this super cute small community/ complex! 😍
Do not rent here. New management company "Birge and Held" is the worst. When they arrived at the beginning of 2025, they raised our rent by $500/month! I'd been living here for 4 years, and when I asked them about it they said either pay it or leave.. like it's so easy to just uproot and move. They have no remorse. There is no sympathy. There is also a no smoking policy for essentially the entire complex. They won't let you smoke on your balcony. They say you must be at least 15 feet away from a building when smoking... so e... read more
Apartments were built too fast, flies coming out of the plumbing.
The recent changes have been amazing! Beautiful place!
