I just got my keys yesterday and it has been amazing the entire time, Moving is so stressful and especially looking for the new place as well but Mike is a wonderful agent and so responsive and just from the tour to the move in process, I just love it here and I am so glad I decided to go with Adams Pointe and I so happy that I finally have a 1st floor home! Thank you so much for everything and I can’t wait to get my stuff moved in!
Place is always nice and quiet. Very well maintained and always clean. There are pet stations for walking your dogs with waste bags and a fenced in area so you can let them run. The pool is beautiful and there are grills so you can cookout and eat poolside. Very beautiful place.
Do not rent here. New management company Birge and Held arrived and made our situation a nightmare and are very very controlling. When they arrived at the beginning of 2025, they raised our rent by $500/month (33% increase)! I'd been living here for 4 years, and when I asked them about it they said either pay it or leave.. like it's so easy to just uproot and move. They have no remorse. There is no sympathy. Mike the Manager is amazing, he is doing a great job with keeping up the property and he truly cares about the people who live here! The property and apartments are well maintained. Adams Pointe is a great place to live sand I would recommend.
