I had wonderful interactions with the two previous property managers, however this third one has shown to be unprofessional and rude. She was irritated simply by me asking about the changes in charges to my account. Mocked the situation for when people ask why they are being charged certain charges. She also told me there was nobody above her that I could speak to. I know Everyone has a boss to answer to but I was denied contact information so that I could voice my concerns. Adams Pointe is impressive! The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and genuinely inviting. What really stands out, though, was the people. The staff has a warmth that goes beyond professional courtesy. They feel like friends, not employees, and it's clear they actually know their residents by name. I usually dont leave reviews but here are some of our experiences. I will say this place started strong but fell off 1. Car was broken into multiple times(many cop visits) 2. Fiances catalytic converter was stolen along with others 3. Got a foot of snow and neglected to plow the lot for 3 to 4 days. 4. Received a noise complaint when on vacation and not even in the apartment for 3 days(this is how much noise comes from your neighbors) Listened to the folks below us essentially fist fight multiple times. 5.
