Unprofessional. Late. Overcharged. Threatening. Disrespectfully swearing at my husband on the phone over the cost of the job. We were quoted by the office girl $600 + $125/hr for labour. For a pressure water tank to be replaced. 2 men show up. They had difficulty troubleshooting a pump issue with a float.... not my area of expertise.. supposed to be theirs.... asking me questions... aggressively and huffing at me visibly frustrated WITH ME for not being fully knowledgeable. 2 hours of work. $1800 ??? We had an emergency and Adams didn’t disappoint. They fit us in and helped trouble shoot our issue. The recommendations they made, seemed to have fixed our issue…fingers crossed. Thanks again for the knowledge sharing from both the office staff and technicians.

Wasn’t very impressed with a recent service call. What was completed wasn’t what I wanted, and they didn’t care that it wasn’t. Overall a stressful experience and I recommend just going with someone else. This review was indeed meant for you, you did work at our house and the invoice is under my spouses name.
