We had an issue with our sceptic system and were at a loss on what to do. The sewage was coming up into the shower drains. Contacted Adam’s Plumbing and was walked through a temporary fix while on the phone. Don was the technician who came to our place and immediately took control of the situation and had it fixed in 45 minutes. Don also fixed a separate issue we did not know existed. Whoever the lady was that answered the phone today was exceedingly snarky and full of attitude. The UV filter in my home needs replacing, so I called Adam's Plumbing because they were suggested by the manufacturer as a dealer for the replacement unit I need. I'm not an expert on water purification, of course. So, when I asked the lady at Adam's whether I should be concerned that I won't have UV filtration for a couple days while I wait for the service tech to visit, she treated me like I was an ignoramus.
