Whoever the lady was that answered the phone today was exceedingly snarky and full of attitude. The UV filter in my home needs replacing, so I called Adam's Plumbing because they were suggested by the manufacturer as a dealer for the replacement unit I need. I'm not an expert on water purification, of course. So, when I asked the lady at Adam's whether I should be concerned that I won't have UV filtration for a couple days while I wait for the service tech to visit, she treated me like I was an ignoramus.
