Update 7/16: I have been using Adams for all my plumbing needs since moving here, but that unfortunately ends now. I saw that I had a pinhole leak in a PEX fitting and they scheduled me the next day. I told the office when scheduling that a PEX elbow was leaking. The tech arrived promptly and when I showed them the issue, they told me that they didn't have the correct part on the truck. We reached out on a Wednesday evening to find out our Well wasn't sending any water through the house. The answering service was top notch, and routed me to Dave, who was present all throughout the night to assist with troubleshooting. Dave was able to get technicians out to us next day at 8am. While the issue wasn't as simple as hoped for, their team was spot. on. they were professional, friendly and did not hesitate to answer questions or explain the inner workings to us like we were five! STRONG recommendation for them.
From Darcele whom picks up the phone to every single plumber who’s walked in the door. These folks are absolute pros. They come in they do the job exactly how they say it’s gonna go they are polite, well spoken, and well mannered. I have called them for three different jobs. From hot water heaters to my well pump and every single time they have taken care of the problem and the work is permanent. I have had nothing but peace of mind since I started using Adam’s Pluming. Called Adams on Tuesday morning when I saw my water heater leaking. They came out the same day and replaced it! Price was very fair and their 2 installers were very professional and their install was clean and top notch. I will be calling them for some more plumbing needs in the near future.
