Will say they got our water turned back on. But they used a lot of the supplies I bought. Was supposed to have a appointment today at 10 am to get heat system running. I called at 11:30 and was told guy doing an emergency. You would think they would notify me that something came up instead of making me wait all day for an appointment. Lady on phone said guy should be here by 2:30. We'll that time came an past and still no notice about whats going on. We still have some leaks from pipes they fixed. I had Morgan come out and he was fantastic . Explained with clarity, provided options (replacement /reoair) based on his experience in the field. Clean work and knowledgeable. That’s all you can ask. Well done Adams.
The only thing I can say is that I have nothing but respect for Dave and his team. While most of us are talking to answering services, Adams is the only company i have ever dealt with in their space, where the President and CEO will get on the phone and talk me off the ledge of no heat and hot water personally, as just a regular customer. These people are amazing. Cheers
