Service was friendly, fast and just nice. Coffee was amazing and they kept it topped off, old school style. Diner itself was a blast from the past and I loved it. It was a welcome change from the over planned feeling so many places go for anymore. As a millennial, it was stepping back to a childhood feeling place, sans the cig smoke. Food was good and there was plenty of it. Grits were good, sausage gravy was good, home fries were actually home fries and good.
