I had a excellent experience with Adams & Pham! I worked specifically with Jeff Pham. I worked with Jeff to found a new corporation, write the company bylaws and shareholders agreement. Jeff was very clear and efficient in his legal explanations from the very beginning to the very end of the process. The price he proposed was exactly what I paid in the end.
