This tow company doesn't deserve the whole star. I waited 3 hours for the driver to pick me up, which I had called several times asking for an ETA. The only response I was given was down the street. I gave specific location to where I was and they could not find me. The last call they were 20 miles west, past where my vehicle was broke down. I called and cancelled and was picked up by a very professional company that has great customer service.
