I saw an ad for the exact vehicle I was looking for at Adam's Motors. I called the dealer and left a message and within minutes I received a call back from Amber. She was very polite and honest with everything. Their dealership was 300 miles away so Amber went out and walked around the vehicle and described everything to me. If I had any concerns, she sent photos. The entire sales process was smooth, efficient, and transparent. I would recommend Adams Motors. I'm thrilled with the deal that I got.
We had a great experience here! Amber went above and beyond for us, was super patient as we debated between two different side by sides, and she was informative when we had questions. Friendly, low pressure transaction which is exactly what you want when buying a vehicle.
As multiple others have stated, they are ridiculously unprofessional about test drives. I was ready to purchase a vehicle at asking price same-day, that was a great match for what I’d been looking for, but also walked away disappointed because they refused to let me drive it 20 minutes away for a pre-purchase inspection. Great no-hassle experience. We had seen a car online that we wanted to take a look at after hours, but they were quick to message us on facebook to answer a few questions we had. When we showed up to look at the vehicle they were easy to work with and gave us the keys to several cars that also caught our eye.
