the lady who sold me a 2003 Impala was rude and told me one price on the phone than another when i was there. 700 dollars more. it was 2000 dollars over the value of the car. 2 weeks after buying the car. the tires in the back blew. the 02 sensor went out the battery went dead and had to replace. and now it's broke down and not running. I saw an ad for the exact vehicle I was looking for at Adam's Motors. I called the dealer and left a message and within minutes I received a call back from Amber. She was very polite and honest with everything. Their dealership was 300 miles away so Amber went out and walked around the vehicle and described everything to me. If I had any concerns, she sent photos. The entire sales process was smooth, efficient, and transparent. I would recommend Adams Motors. I'm thrilled with the deal that I got.
As multiple others have stated, they are ridiculously unprofessional about test drives. I was ready to purchase a vehicle at asking price same-day, that was a great match for what I’d been looking for, but also walked away disappointed because they refused to let me drive it 20 minutes away for a pre-purchase inspection. Bought a nice truck from adams, but having problems with the ac only had it for a month brought it in 3 times to get it fixed still having problems, not happy spent $27000 got to get a extended warranty
