We had a great experience here! Amber went above and beyond for us, was super patient as we debated between two different side by sides, and she was informative when we had questions. Friendly, low pressure transaction which is exactly what you want when buying a vehicle.
As multiple others have stated, they are ridiculously unprofessional about test drives. I was ready to purchase a vehicle at asking price same-day, that was a great match for what I’d been looking for, but also walked away disappointed because they refused to let me drive it 20 minutes away for a pre-purchase inspection. Such an amazing place to work with. Amber was so awesome and so straight forward with the buying process. There was no pressure to buy anything and was such an easy process all around.
Test drove a couple cars, no problem. Wanted to test drive one more and they used the excuse “the weather is too bad and we don’t let people test drive in this weather” drove away disappointed, just to see someone test driving a car pass me. I went in on a better day and they said they “didn’t want to deal with me anymore as I am not committed to buying a car 100%.” Now I don’t know about you, but I like to make sure the cars I drive are in good condition and won’t fall apart in a couple years.
