I wish I could give this company negative stars. Doesn't get much more unprofessional then this. If you are looking for a truly terrible experience, you should work with this company.
Spoke with a Victoria. She was VERY rude and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and spoke with a supervisor. He was not exactly caring about the situation or concerned that his employee was rude and unprofessional. This group will explain to you in their terms the situation and that is just what is it. If you tell them you don't understand the situation, don't expect them to break it down to you in terms that you can.
