I can't say enough for Adams mobile repair. They have done a fantastic job on our 5th wheel. We had a jack mess up, Chris fixed it, we also were having a problem with one of our A/C units he fixed that... Chris also walked me through on how to use our automatic jacks while we were in Mississippi, got us on our way back to Tennessee. I have used these guys for several years. Chris is very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. The problem is mostly communication and scheduling. He was supposed to return last Friday to install a fan switch that he had me order. He called and informed me that he didn’t have help to remove and install a new coach battery. He then told me that he would be out sometime the next day, which was Saturday. Today is Monday and he is yet to reach out to me. "This message inbox is full and cannot take anymore messages." Tells you alot - porbably over charge people and or has cause so much bad that you cant get ahold of this person. At least from my perspective, thats how I see it prove me wrong. If you run a business - probably need to look into that
At 1:30 a.m. on a cold night I had an electrical emergency. Chris Adams actually answered the phone and gave me advice on what to do to keep a space heater running until he could make it out the following morning. He came in the a.m. and repaired damaged wires. His prices were extremely reasonable, and he is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. His is the only RV service I will use now.
These guys are amazing. Traveling from Michigan and our awning got tangled up in a tree. We called them on a Saturday morning and they were out to help us within 2 hours. Took care of the broken awning and we can continue our trip to Florida. They were Guardian Angels to us! Thank you thank you for coming to our rescue!
