Adam Rutledge scammed my elderly, disabled parents out of their money and left them with an inoperable vehicle and caused $1,300 worth of damage to the engine. We called him to come out to remove a broken spark plug. Over the course of six hours he left repeatedly for long periods of time claiming he needed to go get tools.
